1. REGISTRATION & ATTENDANCE

Registration: To attend, you must complete the registration process with accurate and up-to-date information. By registering, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have the necessary parental/guardian consent.

Identification: Attendees will be issued a badge or identification material that must be worn at all times during the Event. Badges are non-transferable.

Right to Refuse: The Organizer reserves the right to refuse registration or attendance to any individual for any reason.

Communications: By registering, you agree to receive event-related communications and updates via email from A&D Photo Summit.

2. CODE OF CONDUCT

Respect: Attendees are expected to treat all participants, speakers, staff, and volunteers with courtesy, professionalism, and respect.

Harassment-Free Environment: Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior (physical, verbal, or written) will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Event without refund.

Compliance: Attendees must comply with all applicable laws and venue regulations.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Ownership: All Event materials, presentations, and recordings remain the property of the Organizer or the respective speakers.

Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly share any Event content without express written consent.

4. PHOTOGRAPHY & RECORDING

Consent: By attending, you grant the Organizer permission to capture and use your image, likeness, and voice in photography, video, or other recordings for promotional purposes.

Restrictions: Personal photography or recording of sessions is not permitted unless approved by the Organizer and the speaker(s).

5. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER

Assumption of Risk: Attendance at the Event is at your own risk. The Organizer is not responsible for personal injury, illness, lost or stolen property, or any other damages.

Limitation of Liability: The Organizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation.

6. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

All Sales Final: Ticket purchases are non-refundable.

Flex Ticket Add-On: Attendees who purchase the $175 Flex Ticket Add-On may be eligible for a full ticket refund (excluding the add-on fee) for qualifying emergencies (see separate policy).

Event Changes: The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or move the Event to a different venue due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, venue issues, or other unforeseen events). If the Event is canceled, registered attendees will receive a full refund or a transfer to a future event, at the attendee’s choice.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

The Organizer shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in the Event caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, labor disputes, or transportation interruptions.

8. PRIVACY & DATA USE

Your personal information will be used solely for Event registration, communications, and updates. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without consent.

9. PROGRAM CHANGES & CONTENT

Speakers & Schedule: While every effort is made to ensure advertised content and speakers, unforeseen changes (such as cancellations or substitutions) may occur.

Dissatisfaction: Dissatisfaction with content or last-minute changes does not entitle attendees to a refund or compensation. Feedback is welcome and will be reviewed.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Carolina, and any disputes shall be handled in that jurisdiction.
