Simplifying Licensing & Monetizing Vendor Lists

This workshop introduces a simple licensing structure that aligns pricing with the value clients receive and equips participants to define licensing costs, apply quantity-based pricing, and set practical terms that protect their value and intellectual property.
Building on that foundation, we'll explore how to generate additional revenue through vendor lists by learning about the different types of lists, strategies to procure them, and step-by-step methods to turn them into reliable income.
